Clubs and Bars.

The Gaudi
The Gaudi is the newest (opened 2001) and most lively night-club in Korcula. Opens from 22.00 until 04.00 most nights during the season.
There’s a reasonable size dance floor, most of the music played by the DJ is club music, and they sometimes have professional dancers.
The age group is mixed and the club is well attended during the season.

Club Orfej, Hotel Bon Repos.

The Bon Repos night-club opens at 23.00 until 03.00, dependant on the hotel guests they sometimes run a junior disco from 21.00. The DJ plays a good selection of mostly English music. Well attended by a lot of the local teenagers as well as the hotel guests. There’s a good-sized dance floor, with adequate seating around the edge. There’s a mini- bar but the choice of drinks isn’t that good, but the atmosphere is good.

Caffe Bar Olea

The Olea opens from 07.00 until 02.00 and is one of the most entertaining bars in Korcula. The atmosphere there is very lively; of an evening there’s always loud rock/blues music. It’s not big inside, but there’s plenty of outside seating. On some nights it has live performances which go on from about 8 o’clock in the evening until midnight. Also the staff are very friendly. The population of this bar is high.

Caffe Bar Arka

The Arka is a disco bar with a good atmosphere; there’s a small dance floor. The bar has a variety in choice of drinks, there are seats inside and outside, the music is good, only some is English, the population is usually high. There are also games machines inside.

Caffe Bar Akademija

The Akademija has a good atmosphere, the choice of drinks is good, the music is always English, the staff are good and helpful, you can sit inside or outside. They occasionally have live groups performing outside.

Caffe Bar Galerija

The atmosphere is nice and friendly; the staff is good and helpful. It is nice inside with a good selection of pictures from local artists. You have a good choice of drinks, and you can sit inside or outside.

Caffe Bar Restaurant Constanca

Constanca has a good atmosphere, the music is good, most of it is English, and they have entertainment inside such as a pool table, games machines and a television. The bar is good; you have a good variety of drinks, and also a restaurant where you can eat good home cooked meals, if you only want something small you can have a pizza sandwich. The staff are always smiling, and are pleasant.
